We will still accept on-site registrations at our registration desk at the Jasper Park Lodge, which opens Wednesday October 3 at 9:00 am in JPL's Great Hall. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express payments, as well as cheques.

Registration
Fees include attending sessions and viewing exhibits, as well as scheduled meals, refreshments and entertainment.
Notice of conference registration cancellation must be received in writing by September 21, 2012, after which time a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Non-attendance will not constitute cancellation, and no credits or refunds will be granted after September 28, 2012.

Grassroots and Students
A limited number of grassroots and student sponsorship packages will be available. For further information, contact our office.

Exhibits
Exhibit space is limited, secure your booth space today! Exhibit fees include one full conference registration - additional booth staff must register separately.

Accommodations
The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is offering special delegate rates starting at $202 per night (plus applicable taxes & gratuities). Please be sure to state that you are with the group “Recycling Council of Alberta” when booking your room. Reservations must be made prior to September 1, 2012 to ensure availability. After this date, reservations will be subject to availability and higher rates may apply. The hotel is offering to keep a waiting list, if the room type you are looking for is currently sold out. For the Jasper Park Lodge's in-house reservations department, call 780.852.3301. The Global Reservations Centre at 1.800.441.1414 can also assist you with room reservations.

Travel / Carpooling
Travel directions and options to get to the hotel are outlined here. We are trying to coordinate carpooling as well. If you are looking for a ride, or if you could offer a ride, please let us know (what time & where do you leave from to go to Jasper; what time and where to are you planning to travel back to) - email info@recycle.ab.ca.
